Yes, he apparently funded radical prosecutors running for office all over the country and was quite successful. And it's not like the competition was a republican, it's all democrats. But the last prosecutor was at least a professional prosecutor who ran a professional respected office.

He has the crime rate spikes to show for his investment though.
