entertainment value, the morbid entertainment value of watching him stutter and stammer and slither through what they said will be 20 minutes of Joe at his best.
He will be heavily medicated for sure. He will not take any questions, I don’t believe there will be a live audience. It’s safer that way.
After tonight, he will make a need about three days off. Twenty lucid minutes for him is an eternity.
The linked article says his speech will be forward-looking. We shall see.
And of course, with all the stuttering and starting over and misstatements, there are probably five minutes of an actual speech.
