is certainly helping to drive up demand. Oil is up 34% this year, and OPEC not really increasing supply (and the market believing demand will continue to rise) is also driving up the oil prices (at least the futures).

And it seems every year, when formulation has to change, that drives another excuse for short term supply issues (even though it happens every year).
