on natural rights when there is no such thing and if there is it matters none because it's not reality.

I maintain that humanity has evolved to form governments for a reason. If the natural rights way of doing things was so great, humanity would have evolved to that.

That is not to say government is great. I think that is self-evident...but...government is run by people. Since people are imperfect, it follows that government is and will be imperfect.

It's convenient that can extol the virtues of a system that will never be.
