1. How much fentanyl was in his system?

2. What is a normally fatal dose of fentanyl?

Then two follow ups should seal it.

3. Can you state with 100% certainty the restraint used was fatal?

4. Can you say with 100% certainty that the overdose would not have been fatal?

They do not have to prove that the restraint was not fatal. They just have to prove that the restraint may not have been fatal.
