maybe Sterk should have the same talk with CM.
Something like...
"I know you want to stay, Cuonzo, but you need to tell me WHY... What's the benefit?... and you can't just say 'I want those Mizzou Millions'... You have to CONVINCE me. Because it's been four-plus years now — maybe it's time for a chance of venue. Now, if you tell me the reason is that you want to be more than just an overpaid guidance counselor and actually put some effort on the recruiting trail again, then that's different. But to come back just to collect a check, no, we're not doing that."
