The ACA wasn't constitutional just because scotus voted to say it was, Gyro.
I'd say "the rule of law" is largely out the window at this point, as you're demonstrating. The "rule of who is in power" is in play now.
Why do SCOTUS appointments mean so much to partisans if all they are doing is "interpreting the constitution"? You know why, but you won't admit it here, ever, nor likely will you even accept it as fact.
