It SPECIFICALLY requires equal treatment in hospitals, so putting these 2 facts together and the added the phrase "pregnancy OR RELATED CONDITION" (abortion) used throughout the Act, then failing to provide an abortion upon request at ANY hospital regardless of the religious beliefs of that hospital would be considered discrimination.
Good news - it will require 60 votes to get past the senate and the filibuster.
