if you ID as female you must be treated as such and failure to do so is considered discrimination. So much for women's sports.
It SPECIFICALLY excludes The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 as a defense
“SEC. 1107. CLAIMS.
“The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (42 U.S.C. 2000bb et seq.) shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.”.
It SPECIFICALLY requires equal treatment in hospitals, so putting these 2 facts together and the added the phrase "pregnancy OR RELATED CONDITION" (abortion) used throughout the Act, then failing to provide an abortion upon request at ANY hospital regardless of the religious beliefs of that hospital would be considered discrimination.
Good news - it will require 60 votes to get past the senate and the filibuster.
