Remember after 9-11 we had the 4 color chart...well we have been in high alert for 20 years now. Bush tried to declare the win to the War on Iraq to be over, which was a joke.

Government never declares success and stops doing anything. There is always a need to do more.

Great businesses actually stop doing something when it is either no longer needed, or you have mostly solved a problem...like when Costco announced they would be closing their photo shops. Government just can't do that.
