Haley and Rubio are both conservative. Haley call it however you like will get a lot of female voters just because there are women out there that will vote for a woman. During the Clinton run, I knew several females, say "And now I am off to vote for the first female president". Rubio will pull the Hispanic vote and conservatives will never vote for Harris. It's all about winning the election. Doesnt matter if you like the person or not, their platform is all that counts for those that care, but unfortunately many vote for the person they like.
