how the economy works. Everybody wants to "stick it to the man" and raise corporate taxes. Who do they think pays corporate taxes? You and I do. Corporate taxes are part of every product and service we buy. Raise corporate taxes, and the price of goods and services will increase to cover the cost. It's only common sense. It's no different to them than if the price of steel, or rubber, or plastic, or any other raw material increases. You really think they are just going to eat the cost increase and not raise prices to recover that cost?

Remember Joe saying he wasn't going to raise taxes on anybody making less than $400K? This is an example of him breaking that promise, albeit indirectly as a cost increase that affects every American and will disproportionately affect lower incomes more than higher incomes (now think on that for a minute).
