morning on MSNBC (channel surfing sometimes gets you on the wrong outlet) that he gets really irked by the term "endless" war when it comes to places like Afghanistan.
Just because some violence of a military form may take place, it doesn't mean there is a war. It means that occasionally there are outbursts that can turn violent, that need to be quelled to protect America.
And, he stated that we need to stay in Afghanistan basically forever, as it is an essential American interest, like being in Germany or South Korea.
These guys are always ready to spend your money, and your blood, to ensure their vision of world order is kept.
