to return to school amid this "crisis" are a negotiating ploy per your own post, and government at all levels is directly a part of that in conjunction with large teachers unions. Do you think kids will be allowed to go to public school, if they ever are, without masks, "social distancing" and a hyper attention to one of my favorites, handwashing?
You don't think playing on the fear of the public with masks doesn't fit in nicely with that? That is just a single example.
