My 78 year old Dad took the Moderna vaccine on Feb 6. Had numbness that quickly developed into a a more serious issue within 24 hours. Was diagnosed with Bells Palsy following that. Two weeks on and symptoms not really improving. Dr. says the condition could be permanent.
