at a high level, and hire some quality assistants to take care of the Xs & Os.
He's done neither.
He can't recruit. He doesn't work the refs or stand up for his players when they get screwed by bad calls. He doesn't run offensive sets. And he's stubborn to a fault which means he'll likely never change or improve.
