available due to less expenses elsewhere..not eating out, traveling, entertainment.
Probably also as some others have said, being home more often, so a combo of seeing things they want to improved, having more time to get it done, and seeing neighboring housing values.
C is interesting....I do wonder how these home improvements are being paid for...cash, short term credit, long term credit.
The other unknown is where this 20-25% of people that were not able to participate in A go? This has been a great model on how to put forth income disparity after years of talking about equality
