Ole Miss started out dogging Tilmon down low to the point they were begging Missouri to shoot 3's - and to Mizzou's credit they made a few open looks in the early stages of the game.
Ole Miss then changed tactics and put pressure on the perimeter, and also doubled the perimeter ball screens. This had the effect of not only accomplishing Ole Miss' primary objective of keeping Tilmon from scoring down low (because we couldn't get the ball to him) but clearly disrupted the entirety of Mizzou's offense for the remainder of the game. The Tigers had no answer for this.
