federal agencies and contractors from teaching racial scapegoating or teaching that one race was inherently superior to another. Since this is clown world, people who are concerned about racism saw that as a good thing.

Trump's EO should not have been required in the first place, as there are numerous anti-discrimination statutes and rules that already apply to federal agencies and contractors.

Regardless, federal and state law are inconsistent with CRT. CA tried to change that with a ballot initiative to remove the anti-discrimination provisions from its Constitution, so that CA public schools could start to outwardly discriminate against Asians and whites. That ballot initiative failed, I believe.
