If you raise the minimum wage, it essentially places a tariff on US goods exported to foreign countries.
The bottom line is that prices will normalize to whatever the relative value is placed on the good/service being purchased.
The value of working at McDonald's for an hour will remain pretty constant and retain the same purchasing power for the employee, regardless of whether you call that purchasing power $7.50 or $15.00 or $100.00.
