It was a cyber warfare tactic. Multi-Domain Operations is the military term. This is a very entertaining watch, but if you want to skip to the part I’m referencing at about the 11:15 mark, this guy interviews a 4-star General who provides some fascinating insight to Multi-Domain Operations and where we are today in warfare.
