I don't see him going into custody at all.

I think he has gotten to the point of being totally crazy....just weird.

I think some of it is overblown by the media, but not all.

Now, he may just disappear and go off to an island somewhere...but if he stays in the public eye, I don't see how he will be go big or go home...and there are enough crazy people to kill him at some point.
