naffiliated with me, the demonstration turns for a time to exhibitions of violence. Have I committed a crime of 'rioting". Seems a pretty slippery slope to me.
One man's RIOT could be another's boisterous demonstration.
Does property destruction thus turn a demonstration into a riot? In that case those destroying the property would be the rioters. Serious question - how do you distinguish.
This weekend there were cased of preperty destruction and looting amidst one sht tone of peaceful protesting. Again - how do you determine what is what?
