Public street = 1st Amendment right (even though some of it may seem unseemly.)

Try shouting on an airplane and see how it works. This is largely on the pilot for not maintaining control of his/her airplane. If the MAGATs weren't going to act with civility, the pilot should have advised them to stfu or the plane would land and they would be removed.
