what have they done?

I'll also add that they've hired good coaches, including the one we *should* have hired in 2014 instead the D-2 coach we inexplicably went with.

MSU is an extremely hard place to win, which is why their coach (who reached multiple Final Fours at his previous gig) hasn't been able to do much there.
