You don't seem to understand how sports analytics work.

Teams play lots of teams. Any given weekend, a team can get upset, play above their level, below their level, etc.

UF's 2-score win over UGA doesn't prove they're better, all it means is that they matched up better against UGA in that game, and perhaps had more 50/50 things go their way.
