Yes, Oregon is ranked. But their program was shut down until very recently and they will likely be rusty. Same with Wichita State, plus the added drama surrounding Marshall.
This is a golden opportunity to beat two "name" programs while they aren't at their best. Could both be Q1 wins by the time March rolls around.
