On the other hand, now that you mention it, if you think a loss to 0-7 Vandy, after a half of no offensive scoring against SC, has no implications whatsoever, then you're whistling past the graveyard.

This defense is coming around, but they're not a juggernaut like 2013/2014.

If the offense can't get it going this game could be lost and then we get a week to contemplate a loss to a then 0-7 Vandy.

It won't mean nothing...
