is like watching Ali-Frazier or other historical clashes of the titans.
Rarely this side of the algonquin round table do we get such intellectual heft and wit as from those two intellectual giants of the message board.
Just when you'd think The Idiot has won the day with his pithy post in response to zounami where The Idiot offers the nearly irrefutable post of "no it isn't (nm)....
Im4 parries The Idiot's thrust and counters with what could be the coup de grace by posting, "um, yes it is (nm)".
I feel privileged to witness such greatness. And each of them acts as if they do this every day. That their brilliance is commonplace and routine. The rest of us know better and we can only bask in the glow of their extraordinary skills and wit.
Man, can't wait for the next rapier like retort from The Idiot, assuming there is a counter to the brilliance posted by im4.
This is the kind of contest that you hope never ends as two titans clash on the field of intellectual excellence and debating superlatives. And we can only read and admire, and aspire to one day be on the level with The Idiot and iam.
One man may emerge the winner in this debate but there is no loser in such a brilliant match. And the rest of us are all winners for merely bearing witness to such a spectacle.
