In fact, he basically abandoned the role that was by default bestowed upon every President of the United States since WWII.
And you realize that Trump was the one that publicly bragged about acing a test that is given to people who are suspected of dementia.
And, you realize that Trump's incompetence started even before he won the presidency, by hiring to lead his campaign a man that was indebted to a Russian oligarch with close ties to Putin. It was gross incompetence on the part of someone with whom our nation's secrets are to be trusted.
