You do have some tiny bit of understanding that the umbilical cord will keep a fetus alive giving oxygen and nutrition....right?

A baby/fetus could leave the body and live for....I dunno how long , with an intact umbilical cord but for a while to long time. Course if it tries to breath it will probably die of pneumonia if its not removed from the amniotic sac.

The abortions I have done , just left them in the uterus
