1) Get PROOF (not MUTGR conclusory statements, but actual evidence/proof of criminality);

2) Have a trial and get a conviction

3) Go to jail, go directly to jail, do not collect $200.

Until those things happen, it just political posturing and jockeying, just like the impeachment proceedings were.
