and will continue to happen until the rules are changed. It is like giving money to a drug addict and then arresting him for using drugs. The culture is the problem..and until that is fixed, it will be a tennis match of this. It helps keep each party in power and also keeps the so called deep state with their power because they can release info as they see fit to help their own agenda...whether true or not....because their is a willing audience ready for it and expecting it.

On top of that, we all know the big fish will very rarely suffer anyways.
