To be fair, there are a small percentage of genuine Communists in America, probably about 20% of the Democratic party. Those people are in line with the Socialist agenda and must be "factored-in" by the nominee or they won't show up to vote and they will have no chance of winning. The problem is this group has completely co-opted the Democratic party and their platform is completely socialist.

The rest of the party is more interesting to me. They will vote for this agenda they don't believe in or want because they don't believe it will really happen. I read two articles yesterday about why Wall Street is supporting Biden and it was because they don't believe he will implement any of these policies that would be devastating to them. It's just shocking to me people would decide to vote this way. (btw, Wall Street has a terrible record of supporting the winner as well).

So it's not that they support the agenda, it's that they don't believe it will happen.

And to be fair, their acute chronic TDS helps.
