This is really bad data analysis. Clinton had a massive lead which was destroyed when the email scandal was reopened. In other words, the 10/10 polls are simply a snapshot. You can't use a single poll 20 days away from the event to forecast the event. Nevermind that pollsters have changed their methodology (including education in questionnaire, more conservative margins on trump voters, etc).
This is a massive nothing burger. Anyone who thinks it means anything, needs to go take a GED stats class.
