SCOTUS has turned into a superlegislation branch, the executive branch has seized way too much power, and Congress is more likely to just let the executive branch rule with a pen.
The government was set up to promote deadlock. The government itself doesn't realize that anymore so they unconstitutionally look for ways to ram certain agendas through.
Any other "gotcha" moments you want to try out?
