The answer imo is that is was improperly decided by a liberal court determined to make abortion legal.

It can be considered again, arguments can be made on the law and the constitution.

If it is overturned, abortion then is for the individual states to decide. It would not become illegal.

Or here's a thought, instead of having the courts legislate on behalf of liberals, why not have nancy The Chest pelosi and the legislatures actually legislate.

The courts have been a wing of the socialist party for generations. If the congress was afraid or unable to get their radical ideology implemented, they'd look to the courts.

And if the courts didn't succumb to the charms of the libs and the media and hollywood and professional athletes, they are radical and racist.
