and transfers in general. We really haven't had that great of luck with transfers, at least on a percentage basis. If they ever do contribute significantly, it seems like it takes them at least a year to get up to speed.

For example, I was hoping the Aussie D lineman might be a diamond in the rough, but I haven't heard anything about him. Chism certainly hasn't lived up to his billing. And neither has Hazelton, IMHO, since he was supposed to be our big deep threat.
