One is in St Louis City, one in Jefferson County. The sales tax rate hit in St Louis City is over 13%. In Jefferson County it is right at 5%.

Every $1000 spent is a savings of $80. Adds up quick when you’re doing a big project.

Always avoid taxes. In any way possible
