We thought the passed out guy had already been run over because it appeared he had blood on his legs. Other officer goes down to check if he's alive, checks a pupil for reaction to his flashlight, and the guy tries to sit up.
Turned out the "blood" was mud from where he was jogging drunk, passed out, ran off the road into the wet ditch, came back up in the center of the road, and dropped like a sack of wet cement.
Too bad you're too stupid to see the truth.
