Blake did NOT have a knife on him. He did have one in the car. That does not justify shooting him 7 times in the back. And I gave the cops a little leeway because they knew
he was likely to be armed. (IE have something in the car).
Still that does not justify shooting him in the back... 7 times. Nor does any of it justify any sort of looting
violence or destruction
