are 'lost' and seems to ignore the fact that those voters:
1) chose not to vote in that election.
2) died and no Democrat was able to get their hands on the ballot and vote for them
3) moved/voter used a 'bad address' when registering
Only 1% of all absentee ballots that were returned were not counted in the 2016 Presidential Election (arrived too late to be valid, missing or wrong signature, over voted/chose 2 candidates for President, failed to mark a candidate at all, etc)
