take her at her word unless someone wants to provide evidence to the contrary.

My take aways, which I think was part of the point.

How incredibly frustrating it has to be because there is no way to "prove it" short of having a recording of every encounter, which isn't possible to do. Think about how that investigation goes. An investigator asks the officer, did you pull her over because she's black...they say no...now what do you do?

The other take away was how an agency shouldn't be allowed to investigate themselves. Incredibly frustrating as well.
