Both parties failed big time.

I might have slowed travel....would have not had all these stupid rules over tests approvals or how hospitals had to control what their rooms were.

So...the response time would have been much faster to begin with.

I for sure would not have advocated mass shutdowns of stores. Work with the CDC to give guidance to businesses on how to respond....tell governments to help them but not shut them down.

I for sure would not have spent trillions to bail everyone out.

But most of the work would be coordination and suggestions, but let local businesses decide hot to implement locally.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
