I believe that B10 and Pac12 (and the other conf) didn't make their decision hastily and without sufficient, available information. You and I can argue the pros/cons of going forward with FB, but I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. There are identified potential risks to the athletes and community (which amount to more than just a "flu"). The other conferences took the conservative approach. Time will tell if they were right.
I'm not advocating against FB. I certainly won't through a fit, if there is no FB. I just recognize that there are many variables that make the decision difficult. I'll leave it up to the SEC and MU admin to make the decision. They have more info than me and it is their jobs.
