When liars and fools are busted with facts, they take refuge in parsing words and changing or obscuring their meanings.
Unrest is what, mostly peaceful demonstrations? Remember, according to some as stupid as you, destruction of property is not violence. Would that be unrest or rest in the streets?
But when parsing and redefining words for political purposes, “silence is violence”.
