to have proxy's in other Right-leaning parties to contest the results and demand recounts in states like wisconsin, then he'll unleash the DOJ and FBI to illegally spy on JB's transition team and use the FBI to plant fake dossier's about JBs interactions with Chinese and Ukrainian interests into friendly media, then use those media stories (that they planted) to use as pretext to get FISA warrants to expand the surveillance.
