then we're a better football team than last year with a coach that beat both UNC and SCAR on the road last year. Something Barry would've never done.
Our D will be just as salty as last year and probably a bit better on the DL as far as pass rush. Back 7 will be damn good. Arguably the best safeties in the SEC.
Rountree and Badie are 2 of the best in the SEC. Great pickups in Hazelton and Chism at WR, plus Know, Banister, and Gicinto are back with a lot of snaps. Think TE will be better since AO seemed to be a cancer in the locker room.
All comes down to the OL, IMO. Maietti will be an upgrade to Colon-Castillo. Guys returning have experience. Was the problem coaching or effort?.... because (3) of those guys should've been all-SEC performers last year.
Drink is clearly a much better offensive mind than Dooley, so there's an upgrade. And although just 1 season as a HC, 1 loss is pretty damn good. Seems as though he knows how to coach.
Not making predictions, but barring a ton of injuries, this team will be very solid. Fighting for the East solid.
