North St. Louis had GM, Pepsi, and lot of other industry and decent schools. If you can name one positive thing that happened in his district in his 30 years in Washington please do. Then they elect his son for 20 more years and North St. Louis is now a war zone. But they have the Geospatial Center coming. Golf clap.
