The homicides themselves are not funny, in fact they are a tragic consequence of democrat laws & governance in those areas.
What's funny (albeit in a tragic way) is how incompetent the elected officials are, and yet the libtards keep voting for them no matter how bad the situation gets.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - it's like a South Park episode.
