off voters as they enter the polling place. The Dems do it so that they know whose votes they can manufacture if the race is close. This is a common type of fraud and it doesn't work, if the fraudulent vote indicates the voter voted twice. The pubs do it to determine whether they need to contact nonactive voters and persuade them to come in before the polls close.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
